How to build a football lineup

Building a lineup is choosing eleven starters plus substitutes who best execute your plan for this opponent and this week’s squad. It is part tactics, part squad management, and part honesty about fitness. When you publish on Barxad lineups, supporters and players see the same sheet you prepared.

List who can start, who can play limited minutes, and who must rest. Injury recovery and congestion often matter more than pure form. A slightly less flashy fit player sometimes beats a star at seventy percent.

Pick a shape that covers the opponent’s main threats while playing to your strengths. If they are wide and direct, full-backs or wing-backs and midfield cover become priorities. If they dominate the centre, extra bodies in midfield or a compact block may help.
